Painter, publisher. Published a series of portraits c.1816-1820s. Unclear whether a man or a woman, or a couple working in collaboration as both a « M. Meyer » and a « Mme Meyer » are mentioned in the « Collection complète des portraits de tous les souverains de l’Europe et des hommes illustres modernes ».
